This item features a durable 600D polyester shell with 1000D nylon dobby overlays on the shoulders and elbows for enhanced abrasion resistance. The jacket includes a Reissa waterproof and breathable zip-out liner, as well as a zip-out thermal liner for versatile protection in various weather conditions.
An Aqua-Barrier® under-the-helmet hidden hood (covered by U.S. patents #8,156,573 and #7,779,485) provides additional coverage. The standing collar and adjustable zippered cuffs are trimmed with soft microfleece for comfort.
The jacket also boasts an adjustable "set-and-forget" collar and a hold-back hook for a secure fit. Accordion stretch panels on the elbows allow for increased mobility and comfort during wear.
For storage and convenience, the jacket features zippered hand pockets, a rear storage pouch, and four internal storage pockets. Large vertical chest vents double as pockets, while intake vents are located on the chest, upper arms, forearms, and shoulders. Exhaust vents are positioned on the arms and back to enhance airflow and temperature regulation.
CE level-2 shoulder and elbow armor provide impact protection, and a removable EVA foam back pad (compatible with the H-D SAFE-TECH 851 size L back pad for men, and size M back pad for women) offers additional safety. The jacket is equipped with 360° reflective printing for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions.
Adjustable waist straps with TPR pulls and adjustable arm take-up straps allow the wearer to fine-tune the fit. Zippered expansion gussets provide additional flexibility and range of motion. The jacket includes an 8-inch jacket-to-pant zipper attachment, with the pant side included for a secure connection to compatible pants.
